Roof Cleaning Project in Lincoln City, OR
We did a proper soft wash with a low pressure rinse to remove almost all of the moss to start this roof cleaning in lincoln city. What traces remain after the low-pressure rinse will disappear over time with the zinc application we apply after this process. Even though the chlorine soft wash does kill everything on the roof, the zinc clings to the roof with keeping it high on the pH scale, keeping the moss from coming back for much longer.
Also did a downstream softwash on this metal garden shed, removing algae that had grown deep into the painted coating.
